  • A Large event gathering at the Glacier Park Lodge, on the front steps between the massive unpeeled log pillars.
  • In the front row mix in with the event attendees are various Native American people.  One woman has the Odd Fellow rings on her dress, but other than that I cannot detail about the specifics of the gathering.
  • Photographed has embossed mark of Hileman, a photographer from Kalispell, Montana.
  • The back reads “Glacier National Park, Montana 1934”
  • Glacier National Park saw a huge spike in popularity in 1934 as it was visited by President Franklin Roosevelt that year, and he gave a speech from on of the local chalets.
  • Measures approx. 11″ x 7″
