  • The unique frame is made of 9 pressed tin circles that function as the image holders
  • The currently contain 8 Small 1-1/8″ Diameter Celluloid button photographs along the outside, and 1 larger 2-1/2″ Diameter celluloid photo centered.
  • The images look like copy shots of early images, and by the design likely a family tree or relations piece.
  • The buttons are all marked by Whitehead & Hoag on the rear
  • The frame as an easel arm on the back for desk or shelf display.
  • Measures approx. 5-1/4″ x 5-3/8″

Description

Loss to the original silvery finish of the tin is present throughout. Mild patina and some light bending present (very thin tin). Image have typical celluloid toning.
