I am pleased to offer this Antique 1918 Yo Eddie Club Bronze Patriotic Services Medal!
This medal was crafted by the Whitehead Hoag Company for the famous Yo Eddie Club, a organization formed in Bethlehem Pennsylvania to raise money to support U.S. military men with comforts and tobacco.
They also did the same service for servicemen during the first World War, which the medal recognizes.
The back reads: “Presented by the people of Bethlehem, PA Thru the efforts of the Yo Eddie Club in Grateful recognition of Patriotic Services in the World War”.
The bottom is marked “W. &. H. Co. Newark, NJ”.
