1948 Correspondence With Envelope VA Refund Voucher

Vintage 1948 letter marked “Public Voucher For Refunds” from the USVA in Philadelphia.  States refund is due for life insurance premiums paid in 1946.  The envelope has a return address of “US Treasury Department in Philadelphia 6, Pennsylvania”.  It is postmarked 1948 in Philadelphia.

Both pieces in good condition showing only light wear and creases.  The address on the letter does not show through the front window properly.
