Nice Russian Leader Pin Vwakob Silver Colored Plastic

Not sure who’s head shot this is, but is is a very nice looking pin! Illustration of a man wearing a very high collar which looks like it is part of a uniform. Underneath the illustration it says “Vwakob” along with a couple symbols that look like they might be Russian text. Pin appears to be made from a silver-colored plastic, it measures 1 1/8″ tall x 15/16″ wide. Has a stick pin/hook back along with a stamp on the back that appears to be in Russian. In good condition, looks like it has not been worn, the metal portion of the pinback appears to to be discolored from age.
