Description

Very good overall condition. The Union case shows some minimal chipping along the edges, mild scratching, and moderate dust from age. The hinges are a tad loose, but work and are holding well. Velvet pad looks to have been replaced, but it is a period pad. Clasp also works well. The ambrotype is in great shape, showing very light dust and minor scratching. Light patina to the brass mat & preserver. Manufacturer’s label remains inside case.
