Antique B&W Photograph Signed by U.S. Politician 1940s

I am pleased to offer this vintage black and white photograph of a 1940s U.S. Politician. This photograph is signed at the bottom in permanent marker and reads, “To Bill: With gratitude and good luck always,” and then it is signed by the politician whose first name is “Bill.” This photograph features the man sitting at a desk, wearing a suit, with the American flag in the background.  

This vintage political photograph measures 8″ by 10″ and has a small white border.

This photo is in good vintage condition. It shows some signs of age and display including wear along the edges and corners. There is one small hole the size of the head of a nail in the upper left corner. The image is crisp and clear with great display quality!
