I am pleased to offer this Antique 1/6th Plate Daguerreotype Photograph!  This photograph shows an very handsome young man with a most stylish hair-do.

The photograph comes in its original brass mat, glass protector, and preserver. The photograph comes in a wood half case that has a lovely floral vase pattern on the exterior. The brass mat is marked “Higgins”.

This antique daguerreotype is in fair condition for its age. The image shows some moderate scratching and some light smudging from it’s lengthy life.   The brass shows moderate patina and some light scratching.
