I am pleased to offer this Vintage United States Civil Service Commission Notice of Rating Paper Document that comes with original opened envelope from the Department of the Air Force. Title given: A/C Fabric & Leather Worker. Dated April 1953, Greenville, Mississippi. CSC Form 4008. Visible creases on document from folding. Pieces may show light wear, marks and brown tint from use and age overall. No visible tears. End piece missing on envelope from previous use.
